A captivating new book has been released in 2024, highly recommended for readers. It’s a story told with exceptional brilliance!

Tom chills in the drafty inheritance – a ramshackle rectory bordering a graveyard, courtesy of his dearly departed grandma. But cobwebs aren’t the only creepy things he inherits. A clandestine letter, penned by his grandmother, holds the key to unearth a secret stash of jewels and a bizarre – and possibly cursed – artifact called the Pharaoh’s Fingernail. While a withered fingernail seems like a dubious prize, the accompanying jewels pique Tom’s curiosity.

Can Tom crack the cryptic clues and locate the treasure on his own? Unlikely. He’ll need to enlist his best bud, Toby, for backup. Their hunt will lead them through the dusty halls of the Old Rectory, all while dodging Amy – his dad’s suspicious girlfriend. Amy’s animosity towards Tom is well-documented, but her sudden interest in the hidden loot is a red flag. As each clue unravels, the secrets of the Old Rectory deepen. Will Tom unearth the coveted riches, or will Amy’s meddling fingers snatch them first?

The Selkora team highly recommends this book for your consideration.
