Physical Product Returns:

  • 30-Day Return Window: Return unworn, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Easy Online Returns: Start your return through your Selkora account.
  • Tracked Returns: We’ll provide tracking for your return.
  • PayPal Refunds: Refunds processed via PayPal after inspection.

Physical Product Exchanges:

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return for a refund, then reorder.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital Products: All digital items (ebooks, 3D models, 3D assets) are final sale.
